Island Beats offers movement classes and events for women who want a lifestyle change to feel joyful, energetic, and confident.

Mindful movement can change you see yourself and show up in life, especially when you move to island rhythms like salsa, merengue, bachata, soca, and dancehall.

We created Activate Your Mojo as an extension of our regular class. We wanted to see what would happen if we took women out of their normal environment to flip the switch on their magic. It's been amazing to watch the transformation, even way after the experience is over.
